Too often, we confuse wisdom with intelligence, life experience, or cultural insight—but Scripture draws a clear, non-negotiable line between human understanding and the wisdom that comes from God alone. In this lesson, we go deep into Proverbs 2:6–7 and discover that true wisdom flows directly from God's mouth, equipping His people with knowledge, understanding, and divine protection for the journey ahead. We examine James 1:5's extraordinary promise that God gives wisdom generously to all who ask — without finding fault — and we see this principle embodied in King Solomon, who chose wisdom above every earthly treasure. Through Scripture, illustration, and honest self-examination, you will be equipped to seek and apply God's wisdom in your most pressing decisions and most difficult seasons.
